PLEASE NOTE: When completing a "ticket/app" what you input is what goes on the app. 
SO, if the person's name is William, don't type "william" and expect the policy to magically be issued correctly.
Same thing goes for dates of birth or social's and or misspellings, what you type is what the carrier gets.
Please try to be accurate with your input.
You do a little bit and then the carrier’s staff or vendor completes the rest with your client via a phone call or with some carriers the consumer is given the opportunity to complete their own application online after you help them get started. 
Please note: You do not order any medical requirements or Dr's records. The carrier will take care of that if any are needed.

Some agents may prefer to use the "paper" ticket where available for face to face sales.  Below are links to the most commonly used "e-tickets".  While these may be fillable, they are NOT submitting your ticket.  You must input your ticket into ApplicInt.
No "paper" ticket is available for Pacific Life, they still use ApplicInt, but you have to log in and submit your ticket with your client on the phone or face to face.
