When you provide us with details on your prospects and clients, we shop your case with underwriters at our top carriers. We have great success with preliminary ratings using this type of "informal" "quick quote" process. Of course tentative ratings are only as good as the information the client provides you with and the exam, labs and any medical records will impact the final offer. But we can get a great start and we generally have enough feedback in 24 hours to provide quotes.
If you wish to provide medical records and have an agency HIPPA Form signed we can even have one of our underwriters on retainer review detailed medical history and provide a written "recap" that we can send out to our carriers. Turn around time varies depending on work flow and APS size.

When it looks like your client is going to be rated up 2 to 4 tables we have several carriers that have programs in place to offer STANDARD Rates to many of these folks.
